Shipping & Delivery details
All orders are shipped from Lima, Peru.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
Lima city: 2 to 5 business days shipped via private courier.
Lima provinces: 3 to 10 business days - shipped via Olva Courier.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship through DHL. International shipping takes around 5-8 business days.
Once your package has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email which includes tracking details. Click on the link provided to track your order.
Please note that VAT & import duty charges may apply in different countries, Half Naked Swim is not responsible for any customs charges or local taxes. If you have other questions regarding duties and taxes, let our Customer Service team know: customerservice@halfnakedswim.com.
*Items in pre-order may have a different shipping date. Your entire order will be sent once all items are in stock and available for shipping.
*Shipping might take longer during the festive season or holidays.
Refund details
RETURNS
Half Naked does not accept the return of products - unless:
- Manufacturing defect.
- Product damages with use during warranty period: 45 business days from the date of purchase either in store or on the website. (Please note that if the product is damaged by the client’s own neglect, we will not accept the return).
- In either of these cases, the customer can decide to get an exchange of product, store credit or a full refund.
*All items must be returned unworn and unwashed with original liners and hang tags still attached to them.
EXCHANGES
If you are not sure about your purchase, HALF NAKED accepts returns within 30 days of receiving the product.
All items must be returned unworn and unwashed with original liners and hang tags still attached to them. Garments that are returned with signs of being worn, damaged, smell strongly or delivered outside of the stated 30 day return window will not be accepted.
We only accept one exchange per item.
Final sale items are not eligible for exchanges or returns.
Any shipping expenses for the exchange will be the customer's responsibility.
We only issue Store Credit codes in the amount of the original item purchased/returned, excluding shipping costs.
